Cancellation and Refunds
Effective date: September 4, 2026 Last updated: September 4, 2026
This policy explains how to stop paying for Hoppflow, and when a payment is returned. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, whose section 7 governs subscriptions, fees and billing.
In one line: your first 14 days are free and cost nothing to walk away from, and after that fees are non-refundable except where the law gives you a right of withdrawal.
1. Who takes your payment, and whose policy applies
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant and seller of record for every paid plan. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles any sales tax or VAT for your location. This is why the charge on your statement reads Paddle rather than Hoppflow.
Because Paddle is the seller, Paddle's Refund Policy governs refunds on your purchase, and this page follows it. Any payment that is returned is issued by Paddle, back to your original payment method.
2. Your first 14 days
When your workspace opens you choose a plan and give a card. The first 14 days are free, on a single seat.
- Nothing is charged during those 14 days.
- On day 15 the plan you chose begins, at the price you were shown, and is charged automatically.
- Cancel at any time before day 15 and you are not charged at all. Cancel from Billing in your workspace settings.
- We email you before the first charge, so it does not arrive unannounced.
- The free period is available once per person, not once per workspace.
This is the point at which to decide. You get the entire product, on your own work, before any money moves.
3. Cancelling a paid plan
You can cancel at any time from Billing in your workspace settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until that date and you are not charged again. Export anything you want to keep before the period ends.
4. Fees are non-refundable
Once a payment has been taken, it is non-refundable, except where section 5 applies or where Paddle decides otherwise under its own policy. We do not offer a money-back guarantee.
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not return the period you are currently in, because you keep the service for the whole of it.
5. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw
Some countries give consumers a statutory right to cancel a purchase within a set number of days. Where that right applies to you, it applies here, and Paddle honours it:
| Where you are | Window, from the date of the transaction |
|---|---|
| EU, EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom | 14 days |
| South Korea, Brazil, China and Canada | 7 days |
| Singapore | 5 days |
These windows are set by law and by Paddle's Refund Policy, not by us. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the consumer law of your own country. Where local law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law applies.
6. How to ask
Contact support@hoppflow.com, or Paddle directly using the invoice you were emailed. Paddle is the seller of record and decides the outcome under its own policy.
Once a payment is returned it usually reaches your card or account within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. Paddle emails you a confirmation when it is processed.
7. Contact
support@hoppflow.com for cancellation and billing questions. legal@hoppflow.com for anything about this policy.
