Every plan is the whole product.

You choose Plus or Pro and give a card when your workspace opens, and the first fourteen days are free. You get the whole product on one seat, with nothing held back and no feature switched off. On day fifteen the plan you chose starts, at the price you saw. If it is not for you, cancel from your billing settings any time before then and nothing is charged. We remind you before the first charge, so it is never a surprise.

No. The first fourteen days are free on every workspace and there is no free tier after that. We would rather give you the entire product for a fortnight than a permanently thin version of it, because a cut-down product tells you nothing useful about the real one.

Everything, on one seat. Every agent, every connected tool, MCP, the company brain, cockpits, the morning briefing and Industry Pulse. What is smaller is quantity: 5 research reports, 200 documents, 4 hours of meeting recording, 5 cockpits with nightly AI insight on 3 of them, and 5 automations. The one hard wall is people. Freemium is a single seat and there is no way to add a second, so the moment you want a colleague in the workspace you are on a plan.

Paddle. They are our merchant of record, so the charge on your statement reads Paddle, and they handle the sales tax or VAT for wherever you are. Your invoice comes from them and your card details never touch our servers.

From Billing in your workspace settings, in one click, at any time. Cancel before day fifteen and nothing is charged at all. Cancel later and your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. Fees already paid are not refunded, because you keep the service you bought.

Access is by waitlist. We onboard companies in waves and help each one get set up on their real work, so your first week actually delivers. You cannot self-serve sign up, the waitlist is the only way in.

Scale, and how often the AI works on its own. Both plans are the full product, with every tool, MCP, every cockpit you want to install, and the full roles and permissions model. Pro raises the ceilings: 30 research reports a month instead of 10, 6 watched topics instead of 2, 3,000 documents instead of 300, 40 hours of meeting recording instead of 8, nightly AI insight on every cockpit rather than 8 of them, unlimited automations instead of 10, 3 seats instead of 1, and 12 months of audit history. It also looks harder: Industry Pulse and your market watch refresh every 3 days on Pro, and weekly on Plus.

All of them, on every plan, Freemium included. Connect every tool you use, and connect any MCP server you like. MCP is not held back for a higher tier. Enterprise adds custom and private connectors on top.

Each check runs a full research report, the same as one you ask for yourself, so a watched topic draws on your monthly allowance. That is entirely in your hands: you choose which topics to watch, you choose how often they are checked, you can pause any of them, and Hoppflow shows the running total beside them so you always know where your reports are going. On Plus, 2 topics checked weekly use about 8 of your 10 a month. On Pro, 6 topics weekly use about 24 of your 30. Nothing is ever watched unless you set it up.

Plans are per workspace. Each workspace carries its own subscription, so you can keep one company on Pro and run a side project on its own Plus workspace. The free fourteen days are once per person, not once per workspace.

That part of the AI pauses until the next reset, and we tell you in the moment. Nothing is charged. If you want to keep going, you can add more from Billing or move up a plan, your choice. You will never get a surprise bill: extra usage is only ever charged if you buy it yourself, or you switch on auto-refill with a monthly limit you set.

Freemium is one person and cannot take a second. Plus includes 1 seat and you can add more for $39 each per month. Pro includes 3 seats, then $49 each. You only pay for seats you actually invite, and the full roles and permissions model is there from Plus onwards, so the first colleague you add lands with the access you meant them to have.

No. Your workspace content is never used to train AI, by us or by the model providers we run on, and those providers are contracted on no-training, limited-retention terms. It never trains a model that another company shares.

Upgrade in one click at any time and the change applies immediately, with the difference prorated on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, so you keep the larger plan until the period you paid for runs out. Enterprise agreements are custom.
