How does the free trial work?
Every workspace starts with a 14-day trial of the full product with capped usage: 30 AI runs, 2 research runs, 4 single-tool agents, 5 integrations, and a 5-result network preview. A card is required to start, but we never auto-charge: at day 14 you confirm a plan to continue, and you can upgrade any time during the trial.
Is there a free plan?
No. The 14-day trial is the only free entry. After that, every workspace is on Plus, Pro, or Enterprise.
What's the difference between Plus and Pro?
The tools and agents are identical. Pro raises the ceilings: 3,000 AI runs instead of 400, 75 research runs instead of 25, all 40+ integrations and the MCP registry instead of 8, 1,000 document ingests instead of 100, 3 seats instead of 1, unlimited automations and public profiles, full roles and permissions, and 6 months of audit history.
How does billing work across workspaces?
Plans are per workspace. Each workspace carries its own subscription and its own 14-day trial, so you can keep one company on Pro and start a side project on its own trial.
What counts as an AI run?
One completed agent execution: an agent reads, reasons, and produces something. Automations themselves are deterministic and free to run; only the agent steps inside them are metered. A run that resumes from a checkpoint counts once.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
AI pauses until the next reset or until you upgrade, and we tell you in the moment. There is no overage billing and there are no surprise charges, ever. Usage is fair-use and visible in your audit log.
How do seats work on Pro?
Pro includes 3 seats per workspace. Each additional seat is $29 per month. You only pay for seats you actually invite.
Do you train on my data?
No. Your workspace data never leaves your tenant, never gets used for training, and never trains a shared model.
How do plan changes work?
Upgrade in one click at any time, including mid-trial, and the change applies immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Enterprise agreements are custom.
